Located near the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham Film Studio (BFS) includes an 1800sq ft studio blackout studio space with Kilo Wool Surge acoustic draping and velour black carpet. Additional green screen and white cyc cloth options also available. It is acoustically sound treated and has a motorised truss grid which can hang anything as heavy as 3tonnes.

 

Filmmakers and production teams can source everything, they need in-house. Set builds, film lighting and catering from our Greek Chef for the long shoot days.

 

Partnerships with creative programmes such as the Creative TikTok Academy in the Midlands have enabled BFS to offer young adults to further skills and experience with industry professional workshops. BFS are now in partnership with local education trainers BOA Stage and Screen Academy looking to offer students real life experience and build the future of the film industry.
